For the most colourful, Instagrammable interiors on the block, premium St. Ali coffee and a menu that'll leave mouths watering far and wide, Peach Cafe in Milton is an unmissable destination on the South Coast foodie scene.
The menu is brimming with fresh, local, sustainable produce and boasts a host of brunchy delights as well as smoothies and cold-pressed juices.

Our picks have to be the gluten free, vegan coconut waffles—served with poached fruit, roasted nuts and coconut sorbet. For a more savoury option, we’d opt for the avocado on toast, served with feta, pickled beetroot, seeds and herbs. Drool ...

Milk Haus

Milk Haus in Milton is one of the hottest foodie destinations on the South Coast. Renowned for their refreshingly experimental, socially cognisant, no-waste approach to food creation, Milk Haus heroes local produce and aims to practice farming as nature intended—always being conscious and respectful.

Located in the old Cheese Factory at Woodstock, Milk Haus is ultimately a wholefoods haven that aims to deliver fresh, honest food that’s free from toxins, preservatives and anything artificial. The basics are grown at the onsite farm, and local growers and suppliers do the rest. Amen!

The ever-changing seasonal menu is (currently) brimming with winter-warming healthy goodies; we’re talking porridge with lemon and rosewater biodynamic oats, a warm celeriac salad and beetroot curry with spiced white cheese, brown rice and winter greens. Our picks however would have to be the smokey beans—served with herbed bacon crumbs, wilted garlic greens and sourdough or the ultra-nourishing Spanish chickpea stew, with roasted fennel, poached eggs and sourdough croutons. Like a warm, comforting hug for your insides!

Treat yourself to an idyllic weekend away in gorgeous Mollymook and be sure to visit these three delightful cafes to refuel and relax. With beautiful scenery, friendly staff and superb food, the Treehouse Cafe, Pilgrims and Native are sure to satisfy your desire for tasty healthy lunch stops.
