The Adventurous Spoon
With its loyal following of locals and regular holidaymakers, the Adventurous Spoon gets a big thumbs up for breakfast. Housed in a little stone cottage, it creatively offers up traditional fare with a touch of difference - like the bacon and eggs served in a brioche burger with caramelised fries, aioli and Taka Tala sauce.
Other menu highlights include smashed avocado, Shepherd's Lane and Hahndorf bacon, chilli scrambled eggs, and double chocolate hazelnut bread. There are also daily specials such as savoury donuts and chocolate and almond pastries. And, to wash it all down? If you’re feeling brave (or thirsty) the drinks menu includes a Breakfast Daiquiri, Wasabi Mary or Gin Mimosa. For the more conventional amongst us, the coffee and tea are great!
