The ever-changing seasonal menu is (currently) brimming with winter-warming healthy goodies; we’re talking porridge with lemon and rosewater biodynamic oats, a warm celeriac salad and beetroot curry with spiced white cheese, brown rice and winter greens. Our picks however would have to be the smokey beans—served with herbed bacon crumbs, wilted garlic greens and sourdough or the ultra-nourishing Spanish chickpea stew, with roasted fennel, poached eggs and sourdough croutons. Like a warm, comforting hug for your insides!
